1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the OAV Bibina Knowledge Hub website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

This platform is designed to provide free academic study notes, syllabus documentation, and educational learning resources for students, teachers, and guardians.

2. Intellectual Property & Fair Educational Use

All educational study notes, PDFs, code summaries, and learning resources available on this platform are provided strictly for personal, non-commercial educational study.

  • Students and educators are permitted to download, view, and print study materials for revision and self-learning.
  • You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or host our curated notes on commercial platforms without explicit written permission from the platform administration.
  • Textbooks and curriculum guidelines referenced belong to their respective copyright holders (e.g., NCERT, Odisha Adarsha Vidyalaya Sangathan).

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Attempting to compromise, disable, or overload the platform infrastructure or Cloudflare Workers edge services.
  • Using automated scraping, bots, or data extraction scripts to scrape materials in bulk without authorization.
  • Submitting malicious code, prompt injection attacks, or abusive content to the AI Academic Assistant.
  • Attempting unauthorized access to administrative portals (/admin) or backend D1 database/R2 storage buckets.

4. AI Academic Assistant & Search Guidelines

Our quick search and AI Chatbot Panel utilize artificial intelligence inference models (Cloudflare Workers AI) to assist students with quick definitions, formula references, and concept explanations.

Important Notice on AI Output:

AI-generated responses are intended solely as study aids. While we aim for high accuracy, AI outputs should always be cross-checked with official textbooks, NCERT guides, and teacher instructions prior to exams.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Service and all materials are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

In no event shall OAV Bibina Knowledge Hub, its administrators, or contributors be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the study materials or platform features.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
